Project Description
EGG FOR IPSEN
Hi Eric, ideally we would like something like a rear projection and softedge.
Or a rear projection with a printed backdrop.
Do you have examples of setup in this room to better understand what can be possible? Thanks.
No more than three lines… The request came from Nicolas Poletti, the current Head of Technical Event Solutions for Egg Events, whom we had already met during the “Gucci Timepieces & Jewelry 2015 Sales Meeting” event.
This time the client was Ipsen, the French pharmaceutical company specialized in oncology, endocrinology and neurology.
The event: an Ipsen Market Access workshop
The place: Verdi Hall at the Hotel Quirinale, Rome.
The challenge
To provide a dynamic and original setting that created audience participation, and to attract everybody’s attention in a Market Access winning strategy. All this in a competitive market such as the pharmaceutical one.
The strategy
To integrate cutting-edge technological solutions into a “neoclassical” environment, always in harmony with the scenography, in order to create a “modern” event appropriate to the client’s mission.
The production
A modern PVC backdrop, entirely chartered, that almost completely covered one side of the hall. Two big areas, 3.66 x 2.29 meters each, onto which the graphics were directly projected. Two 10K lumens Full HD video projectors were controlled by a graphic HD mixer with up to eight inputs. Highly competent and professional projection and graphic technicians on site. Integrated into the overall scenography were Litec Towers with shapers, quartz projectors, and ROBE’s Digital Moving Light Projectors. An entirely digital audio system guaranteed a perfectly intelligible sound.
The winning idea? Two Catch Boxes instead of the usual “boring” hand microphones…
Our team’s technical competences – and not only – gave us the possibility to create a dynamic environment, where sounds, colors and movements overcame the traditional idea of a “pharmaceutical workshop.”
