Project Description
LEON’S PLACE – A BOUTIQUE HOTEL
Leon’s Place was created as a result of the renovation of the 19th century Fabi Altini Building, designed by the sculptor and architect of the same name. Under the guidance of the architect Jean-Pierre Rio and of the creative director Alvin Grassi, the renovation project, which lasted more than three years, has safeguarded the original identity of the edifice.
Its convenient proximity to some of the principal monuments and attractions of the Eternal City represents an added value. In fact, at a walking distance you find the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and via Veneto. While for business guests Leon’s Place is hard to match, given its proximity to the City of Rome: Ministries, Central Banks and Embassies.
For meetings, conferences and private events, Leon’s Place can offer two areas created to satisfy any need:
- the Andromeda Room, with a capacity of up to 40 people, and
- the Cassiopea Room, with a capacity of up to 120 people
Both Rooms offer every comfort in terms of space and technical equipment in order to guarantee a smooth running of your event, in a superior class environment, perfectly in line with the elegant and modern design of the Hotel.
Besides, the Visionnaire Café lounge and the Lobby can also be used to guarantee a successful and exclusive event.
